Brothers of the world…says a lot and then you have all these foreign fans bragging about Milan!

  2. I hear Internazionale and imagine Micah Richard's laugh

  3. So actually Inter was founded as communist club? Nice to know as Interisti 😅

  4. Charles Ray dijo:

🤔 Another half baked job by Tifo🙄 AC Milan was originally a football and cricket club: Milan Cricket and Football Club. The rift was occurred because the club wanted to be more Italian and the Swiss and other nationalities felt the need to form their own club and formed Football Club Internazionale.

Both clubs kept the English "Milan" for majority of their existence. During the fascist regime, Milano was used. During that time, Milan FC adopted Associazione Calcio Milano and Inter was known as Societa Sportiva Ambrosiana after a forced merger another club from Milan.

  5. Panini dijo:

Guys, the two clubs are Inter and Milan.

It's not Inter and AC. It's not Inter Milan and AC Milan.

    It's Inter and Milan.

And this settles for ever the controversy about which team is better and has the noblest origin

  7. Yes very interesting. Thank you

Liverpool AFC were born out of Everton FC. A dispute with Everton F led to small number breaking away. Liverpool's first name was Everton FC and Athletic Grounds Ltd". They were made to omit the world Everton as they could not steal Everton's identity. So they changed it to: Liverpool FC and Athletic Grounds Ltd", retaining the same company number at Companies House.

  9. Ah the nativist rule….
Scuderia Ferrari fans watch on with tears filled eyes.

  10. Hisham dijo:

Amazingly, in 1909 the same thing happened in Brazil, and the players of foreign origin in Porto Alegre who were not accepted to play in Grêmio founded Internacional.

  11. Giorgio dijo:

Herbert Kilpin was not the only founder, there was also Pirelli and many others, we remember him because he was the first player and captain, here in Milan, AC Milan fans are called casciavit in Milanese dialect, screwdriver in Italian due to their working-class origins. those of inter in Milanese dialect bauscia means someone who talks a lot and gives himself importance without concluding anything and of bourgeois origin, today these differences no longer exist, the names remain, the first derby in milan was not inter milan but milan mediolanum the most old football club in the city

  12. I'm glad we born from nothing.!! 🖤💙

  13. Eternal rivals, sure, but not hated rivals. At matches between the two its common to see families or couples sitting together wearing a mixture of Milan and Inter shirts between them.

  14. SantomPh dijo:

Liverpool was also born from Everton

  15. I’m the exact 2000th like

  16. This story doesn't deserve a short. It should be a whole video. We need to know the history of both clubs, most especially, the Milano Derby, and why it is special. Tifo made it a bit enticing, but we want the whole thing. Great job, boys!!!

it says cricket club on the plaque

As a Madridista, much respect to AC Milan, but that quote by the Inter Milan founders about being brothers and the story of their early beginnings is why I always lean towards them more. Not to mention, I've always find black and blue nicer to the eyes lol 🖤💙

I feel like clubs should have a rule in a rule similar to La Liga’s “no more than 3 non-EU players rule… but instead the majority of your players should be from the local country. How does a club represent the local population when none of the players are from the same country?

This comment section is a good example of why shorts are an inferior form to tell stories. It could be a teaser to a larger format story, but so many people have interesting additions to this short, that you can see it warrants a bigger platform than a short. Let's keep shorts for the fluff contentcreators

  21. Roberto dijo:

I think the "rift" should be deeper explained: AC Milan eventually reversed their early decision to boycott the league due to FIGC's discrimantion of foreing player and that is what brought those who still didn't want to cope with those rule to found the new club <3

  22. Fun fact : Both of Baresi brothers were icona of Milan clubs. Franco Baresi was a legend of AC Milan. His brother Giuseppe was Inter's.
