When a team wins, all the good stuff that happened, those were all by definition the "managers tactics".
In football, good things happens because of managers tactics, bad things happen because players are stupid lazy overpaid etc.
Because football players don't actually understand football, that's why they need someone who isn't a football player to tell them how to play football.

Milan fan here, Pioli has no effective tactic besides park the bus and counter which only works against teams like Napoli (and potentially city lol). He’s brought the team as far as he can, we need someone else for next year

Inzaghi has used the same tactic in the last 3 derby…it worked out, but Pioli (especially without Leao in the 1 vs 1) has to create something different!

This strategy contributed to Milan's crisis in January. I believe it would have been more effective if Pioli had opted for a 3-4-3 formation, which has proven solid against teams utilizing a 3-5-2 formation.
