What about last season? He played with youngsters. Mane and Firmino were extremely underperforming . VVD was injured, Matip was injured all the time, Tiago as well. Who were there from the first eleven to step up and do the job?????? SALAH! It was SALAH. Now when he has pulled us through the difficult times, people started to say we have a great squad and system. And Salah isn't that good. Wake up.
This season the squad came to its senses, but still Salah has saved us against Man City, he stepped up against Villa, he passed to Origi, by the way against Wolves. Didn't give up till the last second. What's wrong with you?????
We love mane but let's stop the cap, he isn't the best lw in the world
Nobody sleeps on Owen our problem isn't him as a player let it go Drift
Good stream guys!
Salah FC would be no problem if we handle our business & actually WIN trophies at the end! That's my pet peeve w this leadership group. The window to win is NOW & we here slacking off in fortifying the squad at the times where it's obvious we need firepower in crucial areas of the pitch.
Good luck on the comeback Harvey – great talent & like y'all, I hope he doesn't turn into an injury-plagued player. No need to hurry him back whatsoever.
Besides Haaland/Mbappe, yes Vlahovic shud be a target. Why? Bcz u need players like this to contend in EPL. Prolific guys who will put up numbers & crack most defences whenever they step on pitch.
Sometimes I wonder if our recruitment is all that bcz we had front row seat to Haaland's skill when we played Salzburg yrs ago & we didn't do everything to sign that boy. A few others who've shown their great potential & we've not moved on them b4 they $$ became out of reach.
Here's another name – Darwin Nunez at Benfica. I'd take him today even if Mane/Salah weren't leaving for AFCON!
Did Matt seriously say that Henderson is just under world class
woooow and Mane has never been better than Salah that literally makes no sense and Mbappe can't talk to Mane wtf
all 3 of you have been saying some madness in this video
I still give Owen his props, after all we made him.
That was a dead topic, didn’t need mentioning . We are Liverpool FC

And you all can see how greedy salah can be yourselves
No we are not relying on Salah, without the rest of the team he can’t do nothing. Simples
The Salah FC argument is flawed. Salah is amazing, my favourite player but Firmino has 4 goals in 8 appearances, Mane has 7 goals and jota has 8 goals this season. Origi has 2 goals in 3 appearances. This would indicate a system is in place for our players to get goals. Without the work rate of henderson overloading the right flank with trent, salah has less space to exploit attacking areas. Their runs are decoys taking away defences. I am not taking away the ability of Salah but i think it is a culmination of individual ability and Klopp’s system.
1:08:45 Suprised nobody mention Gerrards post-match interview, where he took a shot at Owen for joining united.
Edin Dzeko is timeless. Still a baller
I have to disagree with drifty he could have said Kuyt, Baros, Ballotelli, Benteke, N'Gog, Heskey, Morientes, Sinama-pongolle, Voronin, Keane, Cisse, Diouf, Toshack, Carroll.. all club legends before that scumbag Owen.
I'm with drifty, Owen went to utd after his best years, in the twilight of his career, knowing he would be a squad player. So the whole utd thing doesn't bother me too much. If he went utd in his prime that would be an issue for sure. He had limited options and utd come calling, that's an offer too good to turn down at that current time
Salah is so ridiculous he makes it look like we are heavily reliant on him but if you put Mane & Jota on Chelsea & Man City they would be their highest goal scorers this season, Bobby would be City’s 3rd top goal scorer behind Bernardo & Mahrez and he’s missed half the season. This isn’t a one man team we have multiple threats.
Imagine asking a stupid question like that? "Are we too reliant on Mo Salah" you know what? I wish Salah wasn’t the best player in the world because that would mean we are too "reliant" on him
were Barca & Madrid too reliant on Messi & Ronaldo at their peaks? No! that’s what happens when you have the best players in the world. How can you say a team that has FIVE different players who have scored over 5-goals each are too reliant on ONE player?
smh
Drift: Rafa going to Everton is the same as Owen going to United.
No. Just no. Owen left Liverpool because he thought he was too good for us. When we wouldn’t pay over the odds for him because we knew his legs were gone, that’s just karma and making a business decision not based on emotion. Him going to United during a time when United were winning everything, that’s way worse than Rafa taking a job at Everton who haven’t been our rivals in terms of success on the pitch for a very very long time. Owen joined a United team when they were winning everything and actually helped them win a league title. He contributed to one of Uniteds 20 titles…1 more than us. He played against us as a man United player when he was brought up through our academy. Nah. Fuck Owen. He cut all sentimental ties when he played for them. It’s the number 1 cardinal rule in English football. There is a reason we don’t buy and sell between us as clubs. He broke that rule. He’s done. Drift might want to overlook that because he still had nostalgia about him from back when he was a yout. But nah, you can’t pull on a man United shirt and play against Liverpool at anfield after we built you up and made you the player you are and expect any understanding from the fans. Proper Judas thing.

If you think mane is currently top 3 LW in the world, it's simply delusional.
I think what's helping Salah is the overload on the right. Trent, Henderson and Salah are causing havoc on that side. Henderson is super advanced this season and teams are struggling to deal with it.
michael owen career was trash after leaving liverpool
could you do a best liverpool prem eleven all time, then do the worst liverpool prem eleven
We’ll know if we’re salah fc when afcom happens. I’m quite interested to see how we cope without mane and salah. If we crumble then it’s squarely on Klopp/fsg for not getting adequate reinforcements last summer. Not just for the afcom months but for general rotation and competition.
God bless Kopish

Also think Mane"s Finnishing at times h been a bit off if he scored half of them he would be above salah and trent would be on double figours for assist"s
Oh and u get a better Mane when Bobby's playing
Mane was our best player early on last season then he got covid he's not been the same player since aver since then he's lost his edge. It's like it's infected his head
I think people should be more ready to give Taki a chance. He's scored 4 goals in all comps this season with barely any playing time at all, I think our best front 3 when Salah and Mané are gone could be Bobby, Jota and Taki. It's just two games and I think it could be more effective than Origi on the wing, and then we still have Origi to bring off the bench, which is his best position (absolutely no shade it's just the facts, greatest 6th man of all time). Plus, if Taki can't get a game when Mané and Salah are gone, what do we even have him for? He's a right winger by trade!
I've watched a couple of Vlahovic games this year and I think he's a lot more than a target man. IMO he reminds me of a young Harry Kane, he has everything u need in a modern day striker but he's not great at one thing which is granted considering how young/raw and inexperienced he still is. With 1/half year left on his contract I think we're able to get him in January if FSG decide to show interest. The original price Fiorentina demanded "is not todays price" if u get the drift, no pun!
Vlahovic refused a new deal, Fiorentina is running out of time and unlike PSG they can't afford to let him walk on the free so they'll have to cash in whilst his value is very high.
We all love Mane and Firmino to bits but they just aren’t the same they have put such high standards for themselves. Over the last few years which isnt fair in a sense but I’m sure players want us as fans to have high standards for them. I think we will just edge our way through Inter doing well so far I’m nervous about this game
