The Complete Story of Ronaldo at Inter Milan

In the midst of the Milan and Juve dominance in the 90’s, Inter Milan and Massimo Moratti had a solution, and that solution was a 21 year old Brazilian called Ronaldo who had a blistering start to his European Journey in PSV Eindhoven and Barcelona.

Ronaldo brought hope and excitement to the Nerazzurri fans as he made them believe for the first time in a while, but where did it all go wrong? How did the fenomeno only win 1 major trophy in his 5 years with Inter Milan? Why was his exit so controversial?

This mini documentary will attempt to show Ronaldo’s 5 years with the Nerazzurri in full detail, starting with a hint of his beginnings with Cruzeiro, Eindhoven, and Barcelona, and ending with his messy exit to Madrid.

  1. IMO Inter had no right to call Ronaldo ungrateful after they almost ended his career by rushing his return in April 2000. Well his career continued but the real Ronaldo was gone, forever. And Inter should be blamed for that.

As an A.C. Milan supporter i can say: Ronaldo is the greatest 9 i have ever seen with my own eyes (my football memories start from 1992 when i was 7). His history at Inter Milan was very sad and unlucky.

  5. My respects to the creator of this episode. Good work.

22:57 how about protecting your players and not rushing them back from injuries?

  7. Tashrif Alam dijo:

14:06 the medical staff, management, doctors, etc. whoever thought it was a good idea to rush Ronaldo from a devastating injury, should have been fired on the spot.

6:55 this is what people don't understand. The late 80s and the 90s was very rough and defensive. And the star players back then did not get the protection the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi get today. You just saw a defender bulldoze Ronaldo inside the box and nothing was given at all. Thats why I find it hilarious how today's fans just throw stats and does not understand that football was not offensive minded all the time.

He should have never left Barcelona in 1997. What was the Barcelona board in 1997 was nothing short of a disgrace. You let the best player in the world go at that time and it really set Barcelona back until they got Ronaldinho. They would have had a front 3 of Figo, Rivaldo and Ronaldo and that would have been frightening. But the board only wanted money and let Ronaldo go.

Giocatore magico, unico e….. irripetibile !!!

  11. Great videos, great explanations, easy to understand the process what and why happened in the past. Congrats. Love to watch your videos. Especially because it brings me back to my childhood. Great memories.

Faça um vídeo sobre Rogério Ceni, o maior goleiro artilheiro da história com 131 gols!

Make a video about Rogério Ceni, the greatest goal scorer in history with 131 goals! Goalkeeper with the most goals scored!

  13. As a brazilian for me this os the best doc of the Original Ronaldo. Congrats….today, we have this clown a former player called Neymar

  14. Neymar true heir of "El Phenomenon"
Both are artistic but cursed with injury.

I head an interview of Ronaldo telling details about his recovery and he said that he would go through physiotherapy crying day after day because the pain was unbearable. No doctor wanted to help him saying that he was a lost cause (also they didn’t want to take the risk of failing and be famous for that) but he persevered and gave us many of these amazing moments. He is the GOAT for me. I know that Messi is one in a trillion, but so is Ronaldo.

  16. Jeet Singh dijo:

The best striker in his prime. Messi level talent.

  17. Jus imagine being him at that time..

  18. i can't think that a team with Ronaldo, Baggio, Vieri and Seedorf win NOTHING. 🙁

  19. cjewelz dijo:

There is nothing new in this video. Everyone who followed football from that period knows everything covered in this video.

  20. Nigel Nyoni dijo:

They brought him back too early and worsened the injury. Inter robbed us of the greatest player of ALL TIME.

  21. Mrs D dijo:

Ronaldo's 96/97 season was the best individual season I've ever seen x

  23. Amirul Basri dijo:

    Next Ronaldinho documentary please

  24. Make one about Inzaghi!!! There is no such video on the web!

  25. ronaldo nazario was a god trapped in the injury prone body of a human, perhaps if his body was able to keep up with his talent we would have witnessed a third unrivaled GOAT alongside messi and cristiano

  26. As I never really look at football on YouTube, I don’t know how I found this channel. Very happy I did! Very well done and thank you!

  27. Sigit Aji dijo:

    This channel is crazy..

  28. jzlnz dijo:

He's the best I ever watch live. I unfortunately watch Maradona at end of his career. Personally it's R9, R10, Baggio, Messi, Van Basten and Zizou in that particular order. As teenager R9 have the best stats even vs Messi, Christano. Its peak powers, skills, techniques over longevity to me then is R9 without doubt. I felt Inter rush him to early after the injury.

  29. Take my sub and shut up!

  30. Love your channel, so many memories, specially the Bayern München story I enjoyed ?

  31. What a great channel ???

  32. Eric Fürst dijo:

We probably just seen 80% of his full potential ?

  33. glazoexp dijo:

  35. ibra dijo:

“But how did the Brazilian play five years with Inter and never had the successes which were fitting of his name” Such a majestic words.

  36. I appreciate how great Messi and Cr7 but for me Ronaldo nazario are always above them.

  37. झां2G dijo:

R9 peaked at Barça literally no weakness fast, strong, magical dribbling, finishing everything you'd want in an attacker

  38. This would be the Ronaldo that would be remembered had he and us not been robbed by his injuries.

  39. Love your content please make more✌?❤

  40. Didnt even know his injury was a natural illness. Imagine if he didnt have that problem. We wouldnt have to argue about who the GOAT is

  41. For me being Interista is always emotional that comes first, then the second comes joy. I hope Inter will win more from now on. Sempre INTER ?????
