Juventus vs. Inter Milan reaction: Inter gave Juve nothing to worry about – Hislop | Serie A

ESPN FC’s Shaka Hislop, Alejandro Moreno and Gab Marcotti analyse Juventus’ 2-0 win over Inter Milan to go to the top of the Serie A table. Hislop says Inter didn’t threaten Juventus at any point in the game while Moreno believes Maurizio Sarri is still having trouble playing Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain together despite positive results with that combination. Marcotti says Juve stepped up in both contests against Inter and deserve credit for their effort while questioning Antonio Conte’s handling of Christian Eriksen.

  1. Lazio are the anti-Juve. i expect a very close fight. Pjanic is bored and nuninterested, Bentancur has a real chance to shine and solidify that first choice.

  2. Dan Lapidus dijo:

Marcotti’s point about dropping Pjanic in favor of Bentancur is huge. Bentancur looks comfortable being the engine of the midfield with Ramsey as the mezz’ala and Matuidi being his usual hard working and physical self (and I must add, Matuidi’s form with the ball at his feet has improved massively in recent weeks, I haven’t a clue where that came from but I’m glad it’s here)

  3. Del Piero dijo:

    de sciglio has to leave

    cr7 plays 4 the fans

  5. Ryan Cash dijo:

Juventus show you haters again who is the best team

  6. Pjanic gotta go boo, he doesn't fit in this midfield

  7. Kolvicz D dijo:

Juve plays like roller coaster, that's what is worrying us as fans. They'd play one good game like yesterday, but would be out of gas the next game for whatever reason. I'm happy with their performance yesterday despite the odd empty stadium.

They need to be consistent and not just switch off completely after one impressive game, like they usually do.

  8. OBMagk dijo:

We’re gonna have problems if Sarri doesn’t start those three against Lyon.

  9. Miguel Vale dijo:

All that crying from Merda and they still get clapped. Serves them right.

  10. Nur dijo:

Conte negative tactics lost them the game

  11. Noredoos No dijo:

This is why inter is playing in the Europa league can’t win big games against big clubs

  12. Haris Asif dijo:

Lazio comeon its your chance, you have to win that game against Juve in turin, just go out there and play like you played this season, this is lazio's big chance now, inter no more there

  13. Erik Anders dijo:

Inter are out of the title race

  14. Juve 's midfield 3 of Ramsey, Matuidi, and Betancour were/are lightyears ahead of inter's

  15. 将軍Baw dijo:

these pondits are basically downgrading juventus performance

  16. So fulfilling to see the 'Team' pressing till the final whistle!!!!!… Sweet performance!!…Matuidi nailed this one surely (except for couple mistakes here and there like everyone else)

  17. Inter have one game les, will see…

  18. Nick Nick dijo:

This is end Racist in Football. I love this.

  19. This is all down to Conte, Juve played the same shitty football just like Inter, but Inter play even worse, same with Lacio, like they are performing some well rehearsed act for a play, there is no creativity, sad to say this but everyone can beat this Inter, I think against Milan during half time Conte told them just play whatever you want second half, wish they always do that

  20. Ronaldo needs to be striker.

  21. x k dijo:

gotta give credit to kuadrado .

    Penaldo sucks
    Real Betis 2- 1 Uefagdrid

  23. been calling for weeks for pjanic to be dropped. he has been poor all season. but the main issue I have with him is he does his own thing. the coach wants to play one touch football where necessary and then players move without the ball. pjanic is in midfield holding unto the ball forever looking for a killer pass. sari system would never work. bentancur is keeping it simple one or two touches and passing and moving off the ball. that is how it has to be .

  24. // X //✅ dijo:

    Juventus bullied them.

  25. Gascoigne 6 dijo:

I feel that Juve is gonna crush Lyon 3 or 4 – 0

  26. BopTheWop dijo:

As an inter fan i was just so disappointed in my team in the second half. I’ve never seen my team fold so easily. Juve pressed our back line and we had no answer for it. Our midfield had no urgency when it came to getting the ball back. They couldn’t even get 10 passes together. Again 1st half wasn’t bad but you come out like that In the second half and play like that when you potentially have the chance to win a title. Utter embarrassment.

  27. I watched Lukaku and saw all the reasons why United sold him. Since igahlo arrival, I've seen really good hold up play (first touch) movement and the ability to use his physique to protect the ball. Lukaku is somewhat of a flat track bully that needs a really open game to have time and space to then become effective! This is where Lukaku needs to show that he's at least in the top tier of strikers such as Lewondoski, Aguero etc. He's definitely not that guy and never will be. He's okay but is not a top player, simple.

  28. Funhistani dijo:

So, no home team advantage anymore ???? How is that fair when the other team had home advantage while playing reverse fixture ??

  29. LG dijo:

forza juveeee now all the haters shut up

  30. Mauricio dijo:

Dybala is carrying Juventus all on his own, scoring CRUCIAL GOALS in most needed times. He doesn’t get the credit he deserves. Without Dybala, Juve would be in third or fourth spot. FACTS.

  31. Ad Lib Talk dijo:

As an inter supporter this was yet again such a disappointing performance. This jas become a bit of a trend this sseason, whenever we need to show a bit of determination and class, we are found to be lacking. At this pace I am scared we will lose our Champions League place.

  32. K K dijo:

This is the problem with Conte's system, they never play well against a team better with them. That is why juventus never advanced to the semis of the champions league during his time

  33. Juve midfield played well with lot of energy and speed

  34. That's what inter gets when they let young mark dybala
