ESPN FC’s Gab Marcotti, Alejandro Moreno, Craig Burley and Steve Nicol assess Inter’s 2-1 defeat vs. Barcelona. Marcotti says Inter’s previous defeats against Borussia Dortmund and Barca were the main reasons why the Nerazzurri failed to reach the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League. Burley and Moreno disagree saying «there are no excuses for Inter» and Romelu Lukaku’s inability to come through in big moments shows he’ll never be the star man.

As a Juve fan, I'm actually upset that Inter went out. Italy and Serie A could've had four representatives in the Round of 16. Even Atalanta progressed! To be fair, Conte coached the same way at Juve: Dominating Serie A and getting knocked out in the UCL group stage.
It's wrong to say that one player is bad becuz of one game .. lukaku was one of the biggest reasons that made inter be #1 in Italy league this year every player has bad moments even players like messi Cristiano Ibrahimovic.. also not forget that inter had important players missing out cuz of injury and yes Barcelona big names was also not there but barca qualified before the game .. and also not forget that the young stars of barca played good and made it difficult for inter to win .. so what I see from those guys on this show who am sure that there weren't that good when they played I see them full of nonsense
