Great tactical? He left 1vs2 his wings for 90 minutes! He is a very emotional coach, but he wasn't prepared at all to some game situations. That was 442 strategy match, not a 352…but he did nothing to stop Sevilla's wings. And he wasn't prepared at all about a full offensive strategy in case of adverse score.
Maybe while coach Conte handles the tactics and lineup, an assistant can manage the players on / off the field and the director or someone deal with public relations and fans.

I think Conte wants to spend like Real Madrid and Manchester United, maybe add city, psg and Barca, and have a galactico or close to it team, problem is Conte those teams want Champions League and Conte has failed on that front, and until he delivers on that front, he won’t get a free spending club. I think teams like inter, AC Milan, Napoli, if he wants to try England again Arsenal and Tottenham, maybe Everton with their spending are his level right now.

I think the assessment of conte not being a good manager is slightly wrong. Good coach, definitely. But with regards to his managerial skills… I believe hes a bit like mourinho. Old heads. Who believe in certain principles. And football is changing and has changed, making it hard for coaches like him. Theyre tactical nature is still enough for them to succeed but problems arise in clubs that put players over coaches. I.e. mourinho-pogba. Conte-costa. I doubt hes just chasing happiness. Yes it would be nice. But its deeper than that. Even mourinho complained a lot about things going on in the back people like us are not privy to. Things that can be unbearable for coaches like them
